However, if something didn't work out, you have 7 days from the day your order was received to send the item(s) back.
Please note: Holidays do not extend your return window.
Items purchased at 15-30% off the original price are only eligible for an exchange or store credit, and only within your 7 day return window.
Items purchased at greater than 30% off the original price, or items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit of any kind.
If you receive a free item as part of a promotion, and return the part of your order that made you eligible for the free item, the full price of that item will be deducted from your return, unless the free item is returned along with the other piece/s.
In order to return an item for a refund, store credit or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with the tags STILL ATTACHED, free from any wear, tear, washing, damage or alterations.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund/ store credit minus a $12 return shipping + processing fee.
If you are eligible for a refund but opt for a store credit instead, this fee will be waived and you will be sent your store credit code by email.
If you received free shipping on your order, and your return brings your purchase total to be under $150, we will deduct a $9 shipping fee from your return on top of the return fee.
Returns after 7 days will or will not be accepted at our discretion- we may send back, hold for pickup or issue store credit, but nothing is guaranteed and you may not be notified.

Black Friday Sale Terms
During our Black Friday promotions, we are offering deeply discounted pricing and stacked discount opportunities. Due to the nature of this sale and limited inventory, the following policies apply:
• Return rules based on discount level:

Items discounted 15–30% (including stacked discounts) are eligible for store credit only.

Items discounted over 30% (including stacked discounts) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Stacked Discounts:
If multiple discounts are applied to an item, the total discount percentage determines the return eligibility. For example, if stacked discounts bring the total discount to over 30%, the item becomes final sale regardless of how the discounts were applied.
• Inventory Limitations:
Our inventory during this event is limited and may update rapidly. If any item in your order is found to be out of stock, we will:

Refund the out-of-stock item, and

Ship the remainder of your order.
This policy applies even for pieces intended to be worn as a set. Each item is sold individually; if one item in a set is unavailable, the available item will still be shipped and the unavailable item will be refunded.
Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled by the customer neither in part nor in full.
By placing an order during this sale, customers agree to these Black Friday terms in addition to our standard store policies.
